Lance Armstrong (RadioShack) gettinhis number re-pinned while riding in Stage 20 of the 2010 Tour de France. The team arrived on the start wearing black "LiveStrong" kits which were in violation of the UCI code. The peloton were made to wait while RadioShack team changed back into the approved kits. Lance's number was blowing around in the wind and had to be re-pinned. The black kits with the number "28" were a tribute to the estimated 28 million people living with cancer. The team, who won the team classification, wore the black kits on the podium in Paris.
