A day before the start of the 95th Tour de France, we had the chance to get a quick look at George Hincapie's Tour bike just before Team Colombia went on their final morning training ride. In order to remain consistent, we predict, for the third time, that Big George just may take Stage One- the 197.5 km stage from Brest to Plumelec atop the steep 1.7 km climb of the Cote de Cadoual.
