The Champ riding jacket from Chrome is designed to stand out from the bright neon jackets that multiply by the thousands this time of year. The Champ features a more urban look, but maintains safety with hidden cuff and back panels that reveal reflective material. The Champ also includes useful items such as a lined collar for warmth, pit zippers for ventilation, interior chest pocket, full-length back pocket and Mp3 Pocket with headphone port.
What really makes the Champ different is its use of 3XDRY®, a finishing technology that allows a material to have two different properties. From the outside to the middle of the fabric is water repellent, while from the inside to the middle is treated to absorb water. All of which does not affect the look, feel or airflow of the fabric. This allows Chrome to produce a light, breathable jacket that wicks water away from the rider but is still water resistant. The Champ is available in dark brown and dark petrol. Available mid November, 2008.
