The Body Geometry S-Works Road shoe is completely redesigned for 2010 to be the lightest production shoe with a mechanical closure system. The closure system now features two independent Boa dials with replaceable monofilament lace to provide separate fit zones. The upper part of the shoes are constructed from a water resistant mircomatrix material and has a heavily vented tongue for increase ventilation. The sole of the S-Works Road is constructed using Specialized’s Fact 12.0 carbon fiber, utilizing a torsion box design to increase sole stiffness. The Body Geometry S-Works Road with a three bolt cleat pattern and replaceable heel tread.
