The Voler Thermal Booties are constructed using Windster, a wind-proof, water-resistant laminate with thermal fleece lining for protection against cold and wind. They also have a reflective strip along the rear zipper for better visibility as well as dual openings on the bottom to accommodate the cleat and heel pad of the shoe.
